1. Buyer Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation
Buyers initiate contact through email, website inquiry, or direct communication.
We collect detailed requirements including:
Stone type (granite, marble, quartzite, limestone, sandstone, slate)
Size, thickness, finish, quantity
Destination port and preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
Payment terms (advance, LC, credit, invoice factoring, etc.)
2. Quotation & Commercial Terms
Based on confirmed specifications, we issue a detailed quotation covering:
Product specifications
Pricing and Incoterms
Estimated production and shipment timeline
Payment terms and banking structure
All commercial terms are finalized only after mutual written confirmation.
3. Proforma Invoice (PI) Issuance
Upon buyer approval, a Proforma Invoice is issued by the exporting entity in India, coordinated by Meenysa Neil Estonia Import OÜ.
The PI includes:

Bank details of the exporter
4. Buyer Confirmation & Compliance Documents
The buyer confirms the PI and provides required documentation, which may include:
Purchase Order / PI confirmation
No Objection Certificate (NOC) on buyer letterhead (if applicable)
Buyer’s agent or clearing partner details
Bank approvals (for credit or invoice factoring cases)
Orders are processed only after receipt of complete documentation.
5. Production & Quality Inspection
Production begins at approved Indian factories and quarries.
