Export Process (Via India Operations)

At Meenysa Neil Estonia Import OÜ, we facilitate international trade by coordinating exports through our trusted Indian manufacturing and sourcing network. Our structured export process ensures transparency, quality control, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery for global buyers.

  • Size, thickness, finish, quantity

  • Destination port and preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)

  • Pricing and Incoterms

  • Estimated production and shipment timeline

  • Payment terms and banking structure

All commercial terms are finalized only after mutual written confirmation.

3. Proforma Invoice (PI) Issuance

The PI includes:

  • Final product details

  • Buyer’s agent or clearing partner details

  • Bank approvals (for credit or invoice factoring cases)

Orders are processed only after receipt of complete documentation.
