6. Returns, Claims & Disputes
6.1. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
6.2. Supporting photos, documentation, and evidence may be required for any claim to be processed.
6.3. We will review and respond to claims promptly and may offer replacement, credit, or refund in accordance with our policies.
